Pater Noster (UK)
simply; making a difference
About Pater Noster
Pater Noster founders Iain & Joan Ogilvie have worked on a series of projects in Romania since December 1990.
Working initially from Medias in Transylvania, they provided assistance to hundreds of families in need and distress.
In recent years Pater Noster (UK) purchased a Romanian charity (which was in abeyance), changed its name to Pater Noster (Romania), and established it as a significant charity operating in and around Ploiesti. Management of the charity was entrusted to a Romanian couple who continue to run it successfully to this day as an independent ministry.

ROMANIA: Following on from the success of our first mission in Ploiesti which is now mature and self sufficient, we are now planning a new outreach in Ploiesti and the surrounding area. Our goal is to work with poor communities of People in need and distress and also some of the homeless people.
The small team will be based in Ploiesti and will work under the training, guidance and authority of the charity. We desperately need people to sponsor our workers. Even £5 or £10 a month (or less) will make this happen. 100% of donations will go towards our work in Romania.
